Built on 1,305 acres of rolling hills, this park is perfect for those that want to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet serenity of one of the less crowded parks on the lake.

If you are looking for camping that is less crowded that some parks on the lake, you will love Baker Creek State Park. There are 50 campsites available for tents or RVs. These are standard sites with electric and water hookups.
There is a primitive group camping area within the park that can accommodate up to 100 people.
There are three fun trails within Baker Creek State Park. The first and longest trail is the Mountain Biking Trail that is moderately difficult and includes 10 miles of connecting loops. You can hike on this trail as well through the rolling terrain. Make sure to pack some water! For the easy hiking, you can enjoy either the 0.8 mile Wild Mint Nature Trail or the 0.7 mile Walking Trail. Both of these offer scenic views and a variety of wildlife.
This is a beautiful campground that is often overshadowed by some of the larger more popular parks. If you are looking to get back to nature without some of the amenities at other parks, you will enjoy Baker Creek State Park
